The process
After accepting the estimation from us, the process is simple as below
Step 1. Decide on the frame you want to use.
Step 2. Take a selfie of yourself wearing the glasses from arms reach.
- Look directly at the camera and not the phone screen.

Step 3. Get your prescription from the optometrist.
- You may have a copy or

Step 4. Decide on your new prescription or non-prescription lens/lenses and download mail-in form to be filled out.
Step 5. Email us your "photo of selfie with your glasses" and "photo of prescription" to [email protected]
Step 6. Send frame with mail-in form via post to LUNETTES ART LAB, 249 Riley Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 Australia
Once we receive your order, we will be received the confirmation of your details and an invoice for the payment.
You can pay via direct deposit or credit card through the invoice or via After-pay or Zip-pay.
And finally… your glasses will be posted back to you once completed in 10 business days.
