The hinge had snapped off from the end piece of front frame.

THIS IS HOW IT USUALLY HAPPENS.

For plastic frames, 

the hinge connecting to frame is usually the weakest area depending on design. 

If the screws are too tight or frames are placed on your head, which flexes the arms.

Most likely will weaken the hinge section.

We remove the hinge from the end pieces of the frame, in order for ‘re-soldering’.

We fill up the gap in the hole as same material of the frame. 

Then let them dry at least one day.

We position the hinge back where it connects to the frame with heating.

*Precisely heat the hinge and plastic, a steady temperature is used to prevent the 


plastic from melting or pushing the hinge too deep into the frame

If needed, we adjust the position of the hinge while we put it in.
