We accept mail-in orders both from within Australia and internationally. All repairs are addressed promptly upon arrival. The return postage fee is $12 for domestic orders and $30 for international ones, though the process and fees may vary by country. For submission details, please follow our mail-in instructions. To send it in, follow our mail-in instructions. Once you receive your quote and if you are happy with quote & working period, download and print the order form, fill out below MAIL-IN SERVICE FORM for your place an order and post it to us together with your spectacles or sunglasses. Please, make sure you take the necessary precautions to protect your frames/lenses before mailing them to us.

After you send us your spectacles/glasses using the ORDER FORM, once we have received them, our technicians will examine them to see exactly what we can do for you, we then email or text you with an all-inclusive price and at this point we will require payment to proceed with the repair. Then we will phone you or email you and check what we propose to do.
